ETG-01 Smart Vega

ETG-01 Smart Vega

Product Name: ETG-01 Smart Vega Laser Gas Analyzer

Product Overview: Based on Tunable Diode Laser Absorption Spectroscopy (TDLAS), ETG-01 Smart Vega is specifically designed for the accurate and fast quantitative online analysis of process industry gases. It combines Direct Absorption Spectroscopy (DAS) with an AI algorithm in spectral signal processing, and breaks through the bottleneck of traditional TDLAS technology, making measurements more stable with high-precision and anti-interference in a wider dynamic (measurement) range. The product has a cast aluminum shell and has passed the 500-hour salt spray test. The lightweight and compact design can meet your various installation needs.

Product Features: Flexible measurement installation: In-situ installation detection, or sampling detection (configured with a measuring cavity)

Applicable for in-situ online detection in high temperature, high dust and high water vapor environments, with strong anti-interference ability

High selectivity and high resolution, without subjection to background gas crossover

Fast response time

Real-time protection of purge gas, non-intrusive, non-contact measurement, can be used in corrosive gas environment

Non-intrusive, non-contact measurement and real-time protection of purge gas, making it applicable for corrosive gas environments

No consumables and less maintenance with low maintenance cost

Optional: Controlling Unit with Touch Screen or Keystroke

Application Areaes: Refinery and Petrochemical, Coal Chemical, Fine Chemical, Steel, Electric-Power, Waste Incineration, Cement, Industrial Silicon, etc.
